Injury Prevention is vital for longevity in all aspects of your life. Pain free movement is something we can all take for granted. Sometimes, It's not until we get pain or an injury, that we realise how bad our body is and a lot of the time, these issues can be avoided if preventative measures are put in place. 

I offer free consultations where I look at muscle health, posture analysis and range of movement within the body. This is a great way to look at the risks you currently have within your body. I can provide feedback on what you can do to reduce the risks and where needed, I can put a treatment plan in place to support this. This plan maybe in the form of Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, Acupuncture, Dry CuppingStretch and Percussive Therapy, Scraping (IASTM) and Corrective Exercise.

Having regular treatments, can help to nullify the risks associated with muscle strains and tears, along with overuse based injuries like tendonitis. 

Rehabilitation can come in many forms, but I will always look to rehabilitate with the most efficient techniques and training modalities. As listed above, the main forms of treatment would be; Deep Tissue & Sports Massage, Acupuncture, Stretch Therapy and Corrective Exercise. 

It's key to ensure that rehabilitation is done correctly, as you can have long lasting, reoccurring issues if they haven't healed effectively and this can lead to further issues. Re-injuring the same area is one of the most common risks, along with creating imbalances in the body from compensation.
